Executive Office
1. Chairman:
1. Represents the organization before all official bodies.
2. Chairs the Executive Office meetings.
3. Calls the Executive Office for meetings.
4. Decides on urgent matters in consultation with the Chairman of the Board of Directors and the Financial Manager.
5. Signs outgoing correspondence.
6. Signs financial documents with the General Secretary and Financial Manager.
7. Submits the annual report and budget.
8. Prepares the meeting agenda in consultation with the General Secretary.
9. Supervises the work within the Executive Office and provides the necessary directions.
2. General Secretary:
1. Calls for meetings of the Executive Committee in consultation with the Chairman and prepares the meeting schedule and agenda.
2. Acts as the rapporteur for the Executive Office and records the minutes of meetings, including those of the General Assembly.
3. Drafts and prepares official correspondence for the Chairman’s signature.
4. Follows up on the implementation of decisions in coordination with the Chairman and maintains documents, records, all incoming correspondence, stamps, and original documents.
5. Carries out other duties as assigned by the Chairman.
3. Financial Manager:
1. Prepares the budget and necessary work requirements and presents them to the Executive Office.
2. Collects membership fees and contributions from all members and deposits them in the organization’s account.
3. Presents the financial report to the Executive Committee and General Assembly during their meetings.
4. Signs financial documents jointly with the Chairman and General Secretary.
5. Issues payment and receipt documents for all financial transactions.
6. Safeguards all organizational assets (both fixed and movable).
7. Performs any other tasks assigned by the Chairman.
4. Planning and Project Manager:
1. Develops plans and designs projects to attract funding and support the organization’s activities and programs.
2. Performs any other tasks assigned by the Chairman.
5. Social Affairs Manager:
1. The primary responsible person for social issues, raising cases that require direct support.
6. Education, Rehabilitation, Training, and Youth Manager:
1. Develops educational and rehabilitation programs and projects to provide services in the education and human development fields.
2. Builds relationships and partnerships with local, regional, and international organizations working in humanitarian services.
3. Fosters strong relationships between organization members.
4. Establishes relationships with organizations and institutions in the education sector and seeks scholarship opportunities.
5. Encourages engagement in education and enrollment in schools and higher institutes.
6. Focuses on youth-related issues.
7. Develops sports activities plans and promotes sports participation.
8. Performs any other tasks assigned by the Chairman.
7. Women and Children Manager:
1. Protects women from all forms of violence.
2. Develops plans to enhance women’s capabilities.
3. Protects children from all forms of violence and creates plans and programs for children.
4. Coordinates with organizations working in the field of women and children.
5. Performs any other tasks assigned by the Chairman.
8. Legal Affairs Manager:
1. Prepares and drafts partnership contracts and provides legal advice to the Executive Office.
2. Resolves complaints referred by the committee concerning member complaints and violations.
3. Cooperates with legal offices and defends the legal interests of the members.
4. Performs any other tasks assigned by the Chairman.
9. Public Relations and Media Manager:
1. Develops programs to build relationships with external entities.
2. Establishes connections with associations, organizations, and relevant parties.
3. Handles all media tasks, including producing newsletters, audio, and visual media for the organization.
10. Follow-up and Evaluation:
11. Monitors and evaluates the organization’s internal and external activities.
12. Evaluates the projects implemented by the organization.
13. Tracks the progress of work within the organization and among internal departments.
14. Monitors and evaluates employee performance.
