The Savannah and Sahara Organization for Relief and Development is one of the institutions working in the humanitarian field at the level of Sudan and the region. It is an independent charitable organization with multiple activities that provides its humanitarian services to those in need in Sudan and neighboring countries without discrimination or fanaticism, far from interference in politics or existing conflicts.

Our Main Goal
The starting point for the organization’s work It will start from South Darfur State and from there to the rest of Sudan, where estimates indicate that the population of South Darfur State is approximately 4 million people, including approximately 800,000 displaced people. Therefore, we will implement a comprehensive plan to provide food and drink, housing, health care, education, and social communication for the displaced according to the following: 1. Providing food and drink: – Identifying the needs of displaced people for food and drink. – Organizing the distribution of balanced meals and clean water. – Establishing collective kitchens to prepare meals. 2-Providing housing: – Providing safe and appropriate temporary shelter in their current camps. – Providing health and hygiene facilities in shelters. 3- Providing health care: – Providing basic medical services and treatment for displaced people. – Providing necessary medications and mental health care. 4-Providing education: – Creating educational programs for children and adults. – Providing school supplies and training for teachers. 5-Enhancing social communication: – Organizing social and cultural activities for displaced people. – Providing psychological and social support to enhance communication and social integration.
