Signs financial documents with the General Secretary and Financial Manager.<br \/>7. Submits the annual report and budget.<br \/>8. Prepares the meeting agenda in consultation with the General Secretary.<br \/>9. Supervises the work within the Executive Office and provides the necessary directions.<br \/><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>2. General Secretary:<\/strong><\/span><br \/>1. Calls for meetings of the Executive Committee in consultation with the Chairman and prepares the meeting schedule and agenda.<br \/>2. Acts as the rapporteur for the Executive Office and records the minutes of meetings, including those of the General Assembly.<br \/>3. Drafts and prepares official correspondence for the Chairman\u2019s signature.<br \/>4. Follows up on the implementation of decisions in coordination with the Chairman and maintains documents, records, all incoming correspondence, stamps, and original documents.<br \/>5. Carries out other duties as assigned by the Chairman.<br \/><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>3. Financial Manager:<\/strong><\/span><br \/>1. Prepares the budget and necessary work requirements and presents them to the Executive Office.<br \/>2. Collects membership fees and contributions from all members and deposits them in the organization\u2019s account.<br \/>3. Presents the financial report to the Executive Committee and General Assembly during their meetings.<br \/>4. Signs financial documents jointly with the Chairman and General Secretary.<br \/>5. Issues payment and receipt documents for all financial transactions.<br \/>6. Safeguards all organizational assets (both fixed and movable).<br \/>7. Performs any other tasks assigned by the Chairman.<br \/><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>4. Planning and Project Manager:<\/strong><\/span><br \/>1. Develops plans and designs projects to attract funding and support the organization\u2019s activities and programs.<br \/>2. Performs any other tasks assigned by the Chairman.<br \/><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>5. Social Affairs Manager:<\/strong><\/span><br \/>1. The primary responsible person for social issues, raising cases that require direct support.<br \/><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>6. Education, Rehabilitation, Training, and Youth Manager:<\/strong><\/span><br \/>1. Develops educational and rehabilitation programs and projects to provide services in the education and human development fields.<br \/>2. Builds relationships and partnerships with local, regional, and international organizations working in humanitarian services.<br \/>3. Fosters strong relationships between organization members.<br \/>4. Establishes relationships with organizations and institutions in the education sector and seeks scholarship opportunities.<br \/>5. Encourages engagement in education and enrollment in schools and higher institutes.<br \/>6. Focuses on youth-related issues.<br \/>7. Develops sports activities plans and promotes sports participation.<br \/>8. Performs any other tasks assigned by the Chairman.<br \/><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>7. Women and Children Manager:<\/strong><\/span><br \/>1. Protects women from all forms of violence.<br \/>2. Develops plans to enhance women\u2019s capabilities.<br \/>3. Protects children from all forms of violence and creates plans and programs for children.<br \/>4. Coordinates with organizations working in the field of women and children.<br \/>5. Performs any other tasks assigned by the Chairman.<br \/><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>8. Legal Affairs Manager:<\/strong><\/span><br \/>1. Prepares and drafts partnership contracts and provides legal advice to the Executive Office.<br \/>2. Resolves complaints referred by the committee concerning member complaints and violations.<br \/>3. Cooperates with legal offices and defends the legal interests of the members.<br \/>4. Performs any other tasks assigned by the Chairman.<br \/><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>9. Public Relations and Media Manager:<\/strong><\/span><br \/>1. Develops programs to build relationships with external entities.<br \/>2. Establishes connections with associations, organizations, and relevant parties.<br \/>3.
